Our 15 minutes Breather Breaks are experiential sessions that:
- Require NO change of clothes or additional space setup
- Require zero prior experience
- Can take place at the desk area or the floor, using the chair or table as a prop
- Are low physical intensity
- Are “No Sweat” sessions
